Moustier Sainte Marie

One of our favourite towns to visit in the South of France!

This village is perched on the top of the Verdun Natural Park and is known for its church, old village walls and flowing fountains carving their way through the picturesque landscape.

Legend has it that the Golden Moustier Star was hung between two peaks by knight Bozon de Blacas. He was held prisoner by the Saracens and vowed to hang a star over his village if he was able to return.

Visit and you’ll know why Moustiers Sainte Marie is ranked as one of the most beautiful villages in France! 😍⛰️
